Communications Centres technology has moved in leaps and bounds to the modern day situation, where sophisticated systems are used to take calls from the public and dispatch emergency resources. Fire, Ambulance and Police Communications Centres have much technology in common and work closely together, but each service's Communications Centres also have unique elements to assist with specialised work.
